Modern Slavery Statement
Effective: 1 January 2026
Introduction
NALITS Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all its business activities and supply chains. This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains.
Our Business and Supply Chains
NALITS Ltd is a UK-based enterprise AI, data, cyber, and cloud engineering consultancy. Our supply chain includes technology vendors, cloud service providers, recruitment partners, and training content providers. We work primarily with UK and EU-based suppliers who share our commitment to ethical practices.
Our Policies
We maintain the following policies to prevent modern slavery:
- Anti-Slavery Policy — Prohibits any form of forced labour, bonded labour, or human trafficking in our operations.
- Whistleblowing Policy — Encourages all employees and contractors to report concerns without fear of retaliation.
- Recruitment Policy — Ensures all workers have valid documentation and are engaged voluntarily.
- Supplier Code of Conduct — Requires our suppliers to adhere to the same standards.
Due Diligence
We conduct risk assessments of our supply chain and require key suppliers to confirm their compliance with modern slavery legislation. We review our policies annually and update them as necessary.
Training
All NALITS employees receive training on modern slavery awareness, including how to identify potential indicators and how to report concerns.
Approval
This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of NALITS Ltd and is reviewed annually.

Terms & Conditions
Effective: 1 January 2026
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the NALITS Ltd website, the engagement of our consultancy services, and enrolment in our training programmes. By using our website, engaging our services, or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms.
2. Consultancy Services
NALITS Ltd provides AI, data, cyber, and cloud engineering consultancy services. Each engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SoW) or Services Agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
3. Training Programmes
Enrolment in our training programmes is subject to a free initial skills assessment. Fees are charged as published on each programme's page. Payment may be made in full or by instalments where specified on that programme. Participants may withdraw at any time with written notice. Refunds are governed by the terms set out in the enrolment agreement and our refund policy.
Refund & Money-Back Guarantee
Money-Back Guarantee
To qualify for the money-back guarantee on the AI Solutions Engineer Programme, you must pass all certification exams on the first attempt within 3 months of registering with us. If you do not secure a job offer within 12 months after your first consultation call with our Talent Advisor, we will refund 90% of your course fees, excluding the cost of your exams and assessments (these are paid directly to external awarding bodies and cannot be recovered). Refunds are processed within 30 days of confirmation that the refund conditions have been satisfied and will be paid using the original payment method where reasonably practicable.
For the AI Solutions Engineer Programme, the certification exams are: (a) your chosen industry AI certificate (Oracle, Azure, or AWS) and (b) the in-person final examination. Both must be passed on the first attempt. A resit, whether included in the programme fee or otherwise, does not constitute a first attempt.
Qualifying Requirements
- Conduct yourself professionally and accept reasonable job offers
- Work proactively with our Talent Team
- Have the right to permanently reside in the UK, or hold a visa with the right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme and the 12-month support period. If your visa expires during this period, you must notify your Talent Advisor and provide evidence of application for renewal or extension
- Have a good command of the English language
- Pay your study package in accordance with your agreed payment plan without missing any scheduled payments
Definition of a Reasonable Job Offer
A reasonable job offer is a permanent, full-time role in AI engineering or a related technical field that:
- Pays at or above the UK National Living Wage, within the typical starting-salary range for a recent graduate in the relevant field
- Is located within a 30-mile or 90-minute commute of your home address
- Does not require you to relocate outside the UK
Examples of roles that meet this definition include AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Data Engineer, Solutions Engineer, and Cloud Engineer. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.
Definition of a Job Offer
A job offer means a written or electronic offer of permanent, full-time employment in a role that meets the reasonable job offer criteria. Conditional offers (subject to references, background checks, or right-to-work verification) count as a job offer unless subsequently withdrawn by the employer for reasons outside the participant's control. Verbal offers and offers withdrawn by the employer before the participant has a reasonable opportunity to satisfy the stated conditions do not count as a job offer.
Expected Participation
To remain eligible for the guarantee, you are expected to:
- Submit a minimum of 3 to 5 job applications per week, or as agreed with your Talent Advisor
- Respond to Talent Team communications within 48 hours during normal working days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in England and Wales)
- Attend all interviews arranged on your behalf
- Engage in interview preparation and skills development as recommended by your Talent Advisor
Compliance is assessed using NALITS records of communications, applications submitted, and scheduled interviews. We recommend you keep your own records of applications submitted, interviews attended, and correspondence with your Talent Advisor. If you believe there is a discrepancy in the records, you may raise this with us in writing and we will review the matter. Both parties' records will be considered in any dispute.
Talent Team Commitments
Our Talent team will:
- Identify and share suitable job opportunities with you on an ongoing basis
- Respond to your enquiries within 48 hours during normal working days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in England and Wales)
- Provide CV tailoring guidance and application support for suitable opportunities identified through the programme
- Submit applications on your behalf as agreed with you
- Arrange interviews with prospective employers and provide preparation support
Where NALITS is unable to fulfil a Talent Team commitment for reasons within its reasonable control, this will be taken into account when assessing participant compliance with the guarantee conditions.
Effect of Market Conditions
The money-back guarantee is based on your compliance with the programme conditions, not on external market conditions. If you meet all qualifying requirements and do not secure a job offer within 12 months of your first consultation call with your Talent Advisor, the refund is payable regardless of the state of the job market.
Cancellation Within 14 Days
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase by notifying us in writing. If you have not accessed any course content during this period, you will receive a full refund of fees paid.
If you access any course content — including resources provided through Discord, downloaded materials, or training sessions — during the 14-day period, you must pay for any services supplied up to the point of cancellation. A partial refund may still apply for any unused portion. The value of consumed services is calculated as a pro-rata portion of the total fee based on the number of training sessions or content modules accessed, plus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as exam registration fees).
To cancel, you must notify us in writing before the end of the 14-day cancellation period. If your course is funded through a finance agreement, cancelling the finance agreement does not automatically cancel your training; you must contact NALITS directly.
Disputes and Appeals
If you disagree with a decision regarding your guarantee eligibility, the reasonableness of a job offer, or any compliance assessment, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected]. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 working days and provide a full written response within 15 working days. If the matter remains unresolved, either party may propose mediation through a recognised alternative dispute resolution provider before pursuing legal action.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 90 days of the end of the 12-month support period.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property developed by NALITS Ltd in the course of delivering consultancy services remains the property of NALITS Ltd until full payment is received, at which point IP transfers to the client as specified in the SoW. Training materials are licensed for personal use only.
5. Limitation of Liability
NALITS Ltd's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services or use of this website is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
