AI Solution Engineer
NALITS Ltd is a UK-based consultancy specialising in AI, Data, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Engineering for complex and regulated environments. We are seeking an AI Solution Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI-enabled software systems across client engagements — from trading floors to public sector infrastructure.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London. You will design, build, and deploy AI and data-driven solutions that integrate with client systems and processes, focusing on production-grade implementations in regulated and complex environments.
Day-to-day, you will collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, architect AI and integration workflows, and develop robust software components. You will contribute to solution design documents, perform technical assessments, support presales activities with demonstrations and prototypes, and work closely with cybersecurity and cloud engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop production software systems using Python and backend technologies
- Build and deploy AI-powered applications using APIs, LLMs, and cloud platforms
- Develop scalable backend systems and integrations for enterprise environments
- Implement data pipelines and AI workflows including RAG systems
- Integrate AI capabilities into client systems and platforms
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and cloud engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments
- Support presales activities with demonstrations, prototypes, and technical assessments
- Contribute to solution design documents and technical proposals
- Work across full lifecycle: design, build, deploy, support
- Maintain and improve production systems

Software Engineering

Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Authorised to work in the United Kingdom
