Career Paths
Tech You'll Work With
A Complete Pathway Into AI Engineering
Artificial intelligence is transforming every sector. The people who have the skills to develop and manage AI systems are shaping the future. If you are ready to take control of your career and enter one of the fastest-growing fields in tech, we are here to support you.
The NALITS AI Solutions Engineer Programme, delivered in partnership with industry experts, is designed to make you skilled, confident, and employable. You will acquire essential technical skills, practical project experience, and recruitment support needed to transition into an AI Solution Engineering role.
Once you have passed your certification exam, you will shadow our experienced engineers on live client projects. Under their guidance, you will work on sanitised copies of real client environments — isolated sandboxes where you can apply your skills hands-on without risk. This gives you genuine exposure to production-grade challenges while client work remains handled exclusively by our qualified staff. Throughout this period, our Talent team works alongside you on the job application process — identifying suitable opportunities, tailoring your CV for each role, submitting applications, and arranging interviews — while you actively apply, prepare for interviews, and make the most of every opportunity.
Complete the programme, follow the process, and secure a job — or we will refund 90% of your course fees (first-attempt certification pass required). Full terms and conditions.
What We Provide:
A Career That Matters
AI Solution engineering is not just a career. It is a skillset that opens doors across every industry as organisations race to integrate AI into their systems and services.
High Demand
AI engineering skills are sought after across all sectors, providing strong job security and long-term career stability.
Competitive Salaries
AI engineers benefit from substantial starting salaries and rapid earning potential as demand for their services continues to grow. AI engineering roles offer starting salaries at or above the UK National Living Wage, with earning potential growing rapidly as you gain experience. Many entry-level positions start above this minimum, and experienced AI engineers typically earn significantly more.
Diverse Career Paths
From finance to healthcare, technology, retail and aviation, AI engineering skills apply across a wide range of industries.
Future-Proof Skills
AI roles focus on building and maintaining the systems that drive automation, making these positions resistant to job disruption.
What's Included
Everything in your programme — from learning materials and certification to recruitment support and your money-back guarantee. Training covers all major cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Oracle, GCP, Sovereign.
Choose Your AI Certificate
Your programme fee includes one industry AI certificate exam. Choose Oracle, Azure, or AWS — only one is covered at no extra cost.
What You'll Build & Learn
Eight weeks of shared AI Foundations, then four weeks of advanced engineering. In the final weeks you build alongside the professional track on the same projects.
AI Foundations
The shared foundation for every track. Engineers and professionals complete this together — how AI works, how to use it, and where it creates leverage in real businesses.
Advanced Engineering Specialisation
Advanced-level engineering implementation. You write the production code on joint projects while professionals drive the business side — deployed securely, tested, and ready for real users.
Tools are listed by the area they support. The exact products covered may change during the course based on the latest market demand and enterprise adoption — we may add new tools or not cover specific ones depending on what's current for your cohort.
Your 12 Weeks
You join with technical foundations and commit to an intensive 12-week schedule. This is how the four blocks fit together.
Weeks 1–8 · Shared Foundations
Complete the AI Foundations live alongside the professional track — Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day.
Weeks 1–8 · Self-Directed Upskilling
Raise your core technical skills to intermediate level using our course materials and mentor guidance. We provide guidance and direction — not full-time training.
Weeks 9–12 · Advanced Engineering
Join the professional track on the same joint projects. You write the production code; they drive the requirements and make sure the work gets done.
Built for People Who Already Build
This track expects technical foundations. You should arrive with — or be ready to reach during the first 8 weeks — foundation and intermediate technical skills.
If you work on the business side and want to use AI without writing code, the AI Solution Professional programme is the right track — no coding required.
Your Schedule
One in-person cohort. Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day, for 12 weeks. Next cohort starts 17 August 2026.
Engineer or Professional — Same Academy, Two Tracks
Both tracks share the first 8 weeks of AI Foundations, then specialise. In the final four weeks they work on the same projects from different perspectives.

Talent support begins once you have completed your training and passed your cloud AI certification exam. From that point, you will shadow our engineers on live client projects and build practical experience in isolated sandbox environments. Meanwhile, our Talent team works alongside you on the job application process — identifying opportunities, tailoring your CV, submitting applications, and arranging interviews — while you actively apply and prepare for each opportunity. This combined support continues for up to 12 months from the start of your programme.
Your Talent Advisor will work with you throughout the placement process — identifying relevant opportunities, tailoring your CV per role, submitting applications, and scheduling interviews. They will also help you prepare for interviews and optimise your LinkedIn profile.
You are required to actively engage in the job search process — applying to roles, attending interviews, and collaborating with our Talent team throughout. Our team identifies opportunities, tailors your CV, submits applications, and arranges interviews to support your efforts. You will also be required to commute within a 30-mile/90-minute radius. Our Terms and Conditions also apply.
To qualify for your money-back guarantee, you need to pass all certification exams on the first attempt within 3 months of registering with us. If you do not secure a job offer within 12 months after your first consultation call with our Talent Advisor, we will refund 90% of your course fees, excluding the cost of your exams and assessments (these are paid directly to external awarding bodies and cannot be recovered).

No. The AI Solutions Engineer programme expects you to join at (or reach) an intermediate level across foundation and intermediate technical skills. During the first 8 weeks you complete the shared AI Foundations alongside the professional track while self-upskilling using our materials and mentor guidance — but this is not full-time training.
If you are non-technical or a complete beginner, the AI Solution Professional programme is the right starting point. It requires no coding and you'll learn to drive AI in the workplace. You can move to the engineering track later once your technical foundations are in place.
Both tracks complete the same AI Foundations in weeks 1–8, then split for weeks 9–12. Engineers take the Advanced Engineering Specialisation and write the production code; professionals take the Business & Automation Specialisation and drive requirements, workflows, and getting the work done.
In weeks 9–12, both tracks work together on the same projects from different perspectives — professionals define what needs to happen, engineers build it.
Yes, for the engineering track. You're expected to arrive with foundation and intermediate technical skills or reach that level during the first 8 weeks through self-directed study with our materials and guidance.
No, for the professional track — it is designed to be completed without writing code.
Yes. The AI Solution Professional programme is the no-code track. It focuses on using AI to automate and improve real business processes — ideal for professionals who want to work with AI without becoming software engineers.
