  • Use AI assistants and agents confidently in your day-to-day work
  • Build automations that connect the tools your team already uses
  • Create knowledge assistants trained on your own documents
  • Drive the business side of AI projects, working alongside engineers
  • Present a working automation to your manager and your peers

Your 12 Weeks

Weeks 1–8

AI Foundations

The shared foundation for every track. Engineers and professionals complete this together — how AI works, how to use it, and where it creates leverage in real businesses.

Weeks 9–12

Business & Automation Specialisation

Learn how to automate real business work with modern AI platforms — from AI assistants and document workflows to agent-driven processes. You drive the business side of joint projects while engineers write the code.

Tools are listed by the area they support. The exact products covered may change during the course based on the latest market demand and enterprise adoption — we may add new tools or not cover specific ones depending on what's current for your cohort.

Weeks 9–12: The Two Tracks, One Project

During the final four weeks, the engineering and professional tracks work together on the same projects from different perspectives. Professionals own the requirements, the workflows, and making sure the work gets done — engineers write the production code that makes it happen. You graduate having already practised working the way real AI teams do.

Capstone: Automate One Real Workplace Process

By the end of the programme you'll have automated at least one real process from your own workplace — start to finish. Not a made-up exercise: something that genuinely saves you and your team time, presented to your peers and your manager.
